Rental Notification

Pursuant to Virginia Code 55.1-1806(B), homeowners who rent their property must provide the FLHOA Board with i) the names and contact information for their tenants and authorized occupants, ii) vehicle information for their tenants and authorized occupants, iii) the name and contact information of any authorized agent of the homeowner. These homeowners will also be required to provide the FLHOA Board with their tenant's acknowledgement of and consent to any rules and regulations of the FLHOA.
